RESOLUTION NO. 30, SERIES 1990 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT - DAVIDSON HIGHLINE Griffiths read by title only, Resolution No. 30, "A Resolution approving a final PUD development plan and final subdivision plat for Davidson Highline." Franklin: The applicant, Robert Lathrop, has requested approval of a final development plan and a final subdivision plat for Davidson Highline Subdivision, a commercial project which is located west of State Highway 42 and approxi- mately one-quarter mile north of South Boul- der Road. This property is owned by Lockett Wood and is part of the North Louisville PCZD General Development Plan. The site develop- ment will occur in two phases with Phase 2 being a secured outdoor recreational vehicle storage area. Lot 2 will be developed in the future after city approval of a final PUD development plan and secondary access. All conditions have been met. Jennifer Rodquiez, Rocky Mountain Consultants, representing Robert Lathrop. Rodquiez: Gave a brief presentation about the project that is being presented tonight. As called for by the General Development Plan the north 50' of the property is dedicated for future trail development. The owner will maintian the property until the trail is built. Mayor Fauson asked for public comments. NONE Davidson: Are outlots A and B currently in our Master Plan. Baysinger: A 50' width is planned for a Master Plan for around this area. Howard: Commented on what a good job was done on the project . Davidson: Was glad to have a Louisville business relo- cate in Louisville. Mayor Fauson: Stated that the project has been well pre- sented and what a wonderful job has been done. Carnival: Stated that Mr. Lathrop had great sensitivity to this project because of the type of quali- ty that has gone into this.
