of irrigated turf, approximately 132 acres of
open space. 40 Seniors traveled to Cripple
Creek.
COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS
Szymanski: There needs to be a way to publicize how a
garage sale is to take place, this is due to
a complaint that I received from a homeowner.
People need to know where they can put garage
sale signs.
Howard: I suggest that we set up a city ordinance to
take care of the garage sale issue.
Carnival: Suggested that we need to look at the over
all sign code. We need to take a good look
at the sign code.
Hornbostel: Agreed that we need to look at the sign code.
The whole sign code needs to be taken apart
and looked at.
Howard: Suggest that the Mayor direct staff to set up
a work session after budget so that we can
get these issues resolved.
Mayor Fauson: Agreed that this needs to be done. After the
budget is complete we need to set down and go
over it.
Howard: Has gone to the Math, Science and Technology
Commission and one suggestion that I had was
to use the Library as another point of infor-
mation. If the Library Commission would like
to get involved with giving some information
to me about what they feel they could do from
Math, Science and Technology.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business Mayor Fauson moved to adjourn the meet-
ing, seconded by Howard.
