Special Event Permit Application — Mad Hops — 500 Front Street — May 2, 2015 6 PM to Midnight Daphne Biener, event coordinator, noted this is a dance for persons 21 years of age and older and a fundraiser for the competitive jump rope team. Mad Hops is a non - profit jump rope team. She noted alcohol would be available and served by a bartending service. There will also be non - alcoholic drinks and food available. Tennessen moved to approve the special event permit for Mad Hops. Hervey seconded. All in favor. C. Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and Public Hearing — New Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License — Seafood & Chophouse, Inc. d /b /a Seafood & Chophouse — 328 McCaslin Blvd. Tennessen moved the Authority set the Boundaries of the Neighborhood as the City limits of the City of Louisville and set the Public Hearing for April 27, 2015 at 7:00 PM. Lipton seconded the motion. All in favor. Police Department Reports Corporal Cristi Gordanier noted she had worked with the Authority before and was happy to return. The Police Department is hoping to get more officers involved with the Authority and do some training to produce more complete reports. Corporal Gordanier is working to establish relationships with the liquor establishments and encourage compliance with all liquor laws. Secretary's Report Hanson noted she had included the letters to the two establishments the Authority had asked to be written. She reminded Authority members of the Open Government training to be held on April 30, 2015. Authority Attorney's Report No report.
