Special Event Permit Application — Mad Hops — 500 Front Street — <br />May 2, 2015 6 PM to Midnight <br />Daphne Biener, event coordinator, noted this is a dance for persons 21 years of <br />age and older and a fundraiser for the competitive jump rope team. Mad Hops is <br />a non - profit jump rope team. She noted alcohol would be available and served <br />by a bartending service. There will also be non - alcoholic drinks and food <br />available. <br />Tennessen moved to approve the special event permit for Mad Hops. Hervey <br />seconded. All in favor. <br />C. Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and Public Hearing — New Hotel <br />and Restaurant Liquor License — Seafood & Chophouse, Inc. d /b /a <br />Seafood & Chophouse — 328 McCaslin Blvd. <br />Tennessen moved the Authority set the Boundaries of the Neighborhood as the <br />City limits of the City of Louisville and set the Public Hearing for April 27, 2015 at <br />7:00 PM. Lipton seconded the motion. All in favor. <br />Police Department Reports <br />Corporal Cristi Gordanier noted she had worked with the Authority before and <br />was happy to return. The Police Department is hoping to get more officers <br />involved with the Authority and do some training to produce more complete <br />reports. Corporal Gordanier is working to establish relationships with the liquor <br />establishments and encourage compliance with all liquor laws. <br />Secretary's Report <br />Hanson noted she had included the letters to the two establishments the <br />Authority had asked to be written. She reminded Authority members of the Open <br />Government training to be held on April 30, 2015. <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br />No report. <br />Authority Comment and Discussion Items for next meeting <br />No comments. <br />Adjourn — Lipton moved to adjourn.
