All <br />in favor. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Cheryl Alspach, promotional representative for Up With People, invited Council and the citizens of <br />Louisville to their free concert this Sunday at PorterCare Hospital - Avista. It will be the Hospital's <br />100th anniversary. <br /> <br />Katie Reiser, one of 150 cast members from 22 different countries with the Up With People program, <br />invited everyone to come. They were also looking for 15 - 20 more host families. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS <br /> NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson stated that Council had received a letter from Tom Koby, Boulder's Chief of Police, <br />complimenting the Louisville Police Department's Officers Jay Brawner, Richard Anderson, Robert <br />Pride and Sgt. Don Berg, for their assistance in apprehending a felon in a drug/robbery homicide <br />case. Davidson complimented Louisville's Police Department. <br /> <br />Sisk congratulated Elle Cabbage and her many volunteers for their excellent work on the Louisville <br />Fall Festival. Also, he had been contacted by many citizens about care and maintenance of the many <br />trees being planted, particularly with the unusual weather we have been experiencing.
