CITY OF LOUISVILLE JANUARY 3, 1989 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Dennis Ferrera, Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Alan Scarpella, Mike Mohr and John Sackett Staff present: David Stahl, City Administrator Steve Williamson, City Attorney Tom Phare, Director of Public Works Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services Nelda Mohr, Director of Library Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety John Franklin, Dir. of Community Development Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk Wm. Hesson, Treasurer Absent: Sharon Asti-Caranci, Dir. of Financial Services APPROVAL OF THE ~ '~.GENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any additions to the Agenda. None. Mayor Fauson moved and Anderson seconded that the Agenda be approved as submitted. Motion carried. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved and Mohr seconded to approve the Consent Calendar as submitted. Motion carried. CONSENT CALENDAR: Approval of Minutes (12/6/88 & 12/20/88) Approval of Bills Approval of 1989 CIP Purchase - Vehicle for Public Safety Department REGULAR BUSINESS: APPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS Mayor Fauson stated that there were several vacancies to be filled on various City Boards and Commissions due to expiration of current members terms. Although these vacancies were advertise, letters were only received from those members whose terms expired requesting consideration for re-appointment.
