Appeals and Zoning Adjustments for a 3 year term; <br />Bob Tofte to the Library Board of Trustees for a 5 <br />year term; Carlyle Rowland to the Urban Renewal <br />and Housing Authority for a 5 year term; and Ken <br />Ferrera, Eugene Caranci and Kevin Obenchain to the <br />Downtown Revitalization Board each for a 1 year <br />appointment. Anderson seconded the Mayor's motion <br />and the motion passed 7-0. <br />Sackett asked to be excused for the next Agenda Item due to possible <br />conflict of interest. <br />RESOLUTION #1, SERIES 1989 - CENTENNIAL PARK HOSPITAL - <br />FINAL PUD Resolution #1, Series 1989, "A Resolution <br />approving a Final Planned Unit Development Plan <br />(PUD) for Centennial Park Hospital." <br />Franklin explained that Rocky Mountain Affiliated <br />Adventist Health Services, Inc. is requesting <br />approval of a final PUD for a 50 bed hospital and <br />medical office building and related parking and <br />landscaping. This is the first phase of the <br />hospital complex. The approved Preliminary PUD <br />Plan illustrates overall development. Utilities, <br />and particularly water, will be sized to meet <br />demand requirements and building, fire codes. <br />Planning Commission reviewed and approved this <br />proposal last month. <br />Mayor Fauson asked for any public comments either <br />in favor of or in opposition to this Resolution. <br />None. <br />Mohr moved and Scarpella seconded to adopt <br />Resolution 1, 1989. Motion carried 6-0. <br />OTHER: None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS None. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE <br />REPORTS Mayor Fauson asked Staff to explore the. <br />possibility of using the government access station <br />to inform the people of high pollution days and <br />encourage people to not burn on these critical <br />days. Mayor Fauson asked that for now the City go <br />on a voluntary basis until such time as the City <br />may adopt a clean air ordinance. <br />Anderson stated that he is th <br />reprsentative on the Clean Ai <br />encouraged citizens to adopt a <br />not burning on high pollution <br />and then consider the adoptio <br />ordinance next year. <br />e City's <br />r Consortium and <br />voluntary policy of <br />days for this year <br />n of a mandatory <br />2 <br />
