They <br />are Accountant I Nancy Tire and Human Resources Technician Mindy Masias. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 60, SERIES 1995 - REGIONAL PARTNERSHIP FOR BOULDER <br /> COUNTY <br /> <br /> Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated that this resolution was an outgrowth of meetings between <br /> City Councils of the cities of Louisville, Longmont, and Boulder. This resolution speaks of a vision <br /> for Boulder County and working together to fulfill that. <br /> <br /> Lathrop asked for a clarification of No. 3," .... regional open space preservation system ....". He did <br /> not like the word "regional". <br /> <br /> Davidson felt it meant connecting the various trail systems to the cities. He felt the language was <br /> intentionally broad to cover the spirit of the resolution. He suggested changing the wording by taking <br /> out "Pursuing the development o£a regional .... "and begin with ""Regional open space preservation <br /> system .... ". <br /> <br /> Lathrop preferred that it indicated as a signatory that Louisville was in favor of developing a system <br /> locally that would tie into some type of regional thing. <br /> <br /> Mayer and Howard felt the resolution did not have any binding agreements. <br /> <br /> Levihn did not see any reason for the resolution. <br /> <br /> Simmons stated that there had been a letter accompanying this resolution that further explained it. <br /> He apologized for not putting in Council's packet. <br /> <br /> Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 60, Series 1995, with No. 3 changed to read, <br /> "Pursuing the development and preservation of open space located within the City of Louisville that <br /> <br /> <br />
