Contingency Funds Request #7 Contingency Funds Request #8 License Agreement - Senor T's Approval of Change Order #1 - Golf Course Club House Approval of Additions to Library Architectural Service Contract REGULAR BUSINESS: INTRODUCTION OF NEW EMPLOYEE Franklin introduced Joe Bruce the new Building Official in the Building Department. APPROVAL OF THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE REVISED McSTAIN MASTER PLAN Franklin explained that this third amendment updates the master agreement to reflect improved home sales and to specify the completion schedule for certain improvements located near the recreation center site. Since 1986, Mcstain has been limited to 119 permits per year. Actual annual permits have previously fallen well below this ceiling. The amendment allows Mcstain to "average out" the unused annual allocations up to 180 permits each year. Certain storm sewer improvements located northeast of the recreation center site will be completed prior to the completion of the new recreation center. The planned sidewalks along Via Appia north of the recreation center and a storm sewer segment will be completed with improvements in proposed Centennial 6. Sackett moved and Scarpella seconded to approve the Third Amendment to the Revised Mcstain Master Plan Agreement. Motion carried. ORDINANCE #998, SERIES 1989 - ALLEY VACATION - CORRIGAN SUBDIVISION - 2ND READING, PUBLIC HEARING Read by title only, Ordinance #998, Series 1989, "An Ordinance vacating a portion of an alley located in Corrigan Addition." Proof of publication and notice of public hearing were certified by the City Clerk. Franklin explained that there were certain items related to this alley vacation that were not yet ready for Council approval and asked that the public hearing be continued to November 21, 1989. 2
