Motion <br />carried 4-0 with Anderson and Sackett <br />abstaining. <br />_ESOLUTION #26, SERIES 1989 - ADOPTION OF 1990 BUDGET - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Asti-Caranci stated that the next four agenda <br />items would be presented at this time and <br />necessary action on each item would be <br />considered by Council individually. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing for <br />Resolution #26, Series 1989, "A Resolution <br />summarizing expenditures and revenues for each <br />fund and adopting a budget for the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado, for the calendar year <br />beginning on the first day of January, 1990, <br />and ending on the last day of December, 1990." <br />Asti-Caranci highlighted certain key features <br />of the proposed 1990 budget that were developed <br />jointly by City Council and staff. This budget <br />was discussed in detail at several budget study <br />sessions and reflects changes requested by <br />Council. Asti-Caranci detailed the <br />expenditures estimated to be $14,134,335 <br />collectively and revenues estimated at <br />$14,894,449. <br />The General Fund revenues for 1990 have been <br />projected to be $3,674,855, plus a carry-over <br />4 <br />
