CITY OF LOUISVILLE DECEMBER 19,1989 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Alan Scarpella, Mike Mohr, Dennis Ferrera and John Sackett Staff Present: Sharon Asti-Caranci, Acting City Administrator Steve Williamson, City Attorney Debbie Broome, Personnel Officer Tom Phare, Director of Public Works John Franklin, Dir. of Community Development Nelda Mohr, Director of Library Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Steve Baysinger, Dir. of Community Services Bud Marschner, Construction Manager Also Present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk Wm. Hesson, Treasurer APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR CONSENT CALENDAR: Mayor Fauson called for any changes to the Agenda. Asti-Caranci asked that an Ordinance be added to the Agenda under "Other" and that an Executive Session be added after Council Comments. Mayor Fauson moved and Mohr seconded to approve the "Agenda" as amended. Motion carried. Mayor Fauson called for any changes to the Consent Calendar. Ferris asked that the Minutes be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar as they were not ready and Anderson asked that he abstain from voting on the Coal Creek Clubhouse. Mayor Fauson moved Mohr seconded to approve the Consent Calendar as amended. Motion carried.
