He is <br />dedicated to providing impeccable service and is happy to be at Coal Creek where <br />he played during his time at CU. <br />h. A Job Fair is being held on May 19 for golf course and operations staff as well as <br />other Parks and Rec positions. 9 applications were submitted to the city website <br />for openings for starters, rangers and sales staff. The Mine will recruit <br />independently for their employees. <br />i. David B reported that the Junior League Golf Team is fully subscribed with 13 <br />members. Shirts are on order. The first practice will be held on May 29 and the <br />first game on June 10. <br />7. Proposed Agenda for the June 15 Board Meeting <br />The next meeting will be held on June 15 at the Clubhouse staring at 6:OOpm to <br />give time to conduct a tour of the course prior to Board discussions. <br />o Review of course readiness and condition <br />o Update on results of Job Fair <br />o Update on progress of "The Mine" Sarah will be invited to give the update. <br />o Final review of plans for the re- opening ceremonies. <br />10. Adjourn <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:25pm.
