All <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br />APPROVAL OF STREET CLOSURES FOR 1995 PARADE OF LIGHTS - <br /> DECEMBER 1, 1995 <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS <br /> NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />1996 BUDGET - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, summarized the Budget. <br />Davidson asked for data on the rental of copiers for the City. <br />Davidson called for public comments on the Budget. <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments. <br /> <br />Davidson complimented stafffor their work on the Budget, especially in the area of reducing General <br />Fund Expenditures and holding the line on new programs. <br /> <br /> <br />
