RESOLUTION NO. 63, SERIES 1995 - LEASING OF LAND AT MEADOWS AT COAL <br />CREEK <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, stated that this is for a one year lease of Outlot L at Meadows at Coal <br />Creek Subdivision. It intimates the amendment to the Meadows at Coal Creek Subdivision <br />Agreement that was adopted by Council at its last meeting. The lease provided that the Meadows <br />at Coal Creek would be allowed to use Outlot L solely for the purpose of properly closing, at its <br />expense, the gas well on Outlot L, to remove the above ground equipment, and to insure that the <br />premises are safe for any vegetation and public use. <br /> <br />Ray Schlott, 647 Manorwood Lane, Louisville, Colorado, stated that he was there to provide an <br />update for Mr. Zweygardt. He informed Council that he, Mr. Zweygardt, Mr. DiCola, and Charles <br />Goldben would be meeting next Tuesday with Gerrity Oil. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments or questions or motions. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 63, Series 1995, a one year lease of Outlot L <br />Meadows at Coal Creek Subdivision. Seconded by Levihn. All in favor with Keany being absent. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1205, SERIES 1995 - RENAMING CENTENNIAL COURT TO INFINITE <br />DRIVE - 1ST READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING 12/5/95 <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1205, Series 1995, "An ordinance renaming the street <br />known as "Centennial Court", as designated on the Plat of Centennial Valley Business Park, third and <br />fourth filings, to "Infinite Drive". <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that he had reviewed this request with Public Works, Police, <br />Public Safety, and Fire and they have no conflict with the name. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments, questions, or motions. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1205, Series 1995, set out for publication and set <br />the public heating for December 5, 1995. Seconded by Sisk. All in favor with Keany being absent. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1207, SERIES 1995 - AMENDING SECTIONS 9.46.010 AND 9.46.020 OF <br />THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING DAMAGE TO THE CITY AND <br />PRIVATE PROPERTY TO INCREASE THE THRESHOLD DAMAGE AMOUNT - 1ST <br />READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR 12/5/95 <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1207, Series 1995, "An ordinance amending Sections <br />9.46.010 and 9.46.020 of the Louisville Municipal Code concerning damage to City and private <br />property to increase the threshold damage amount." <br /> <br /> <br />
