Hopefully, there <br />will be some interim resolution that <br />will help. My concern is are the <br />people aware, at the time, that they <br />are moving in or signing those <br />documents, that there is a problem <br />and is there a way to mitigate the <br />problem. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CIg?Y ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator, reminded Council of the Finance <br />Committee Meeting on Thursday at 4:30 p.m., Economic Development <br />Committee Meeting on Wednesday, and that Work Sessions will be on <br />Wednesdays this year, instead of Tuesdays, so they can be <br />te].evised. She stated that at the next Work Session there will be <br />discussion on the Service Expansion Fees. <br /> <br />COI~CIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTE REPORTS <br /> <br />Mayer thought that the Council should consider, as a requirement <br />for membership on all of its Boards and Commissions, that the <br />me~ers of these Boards and Commissions be residents of the City of <br />Louisville. He would like to see Council draft a resolution or <br />ordinance to that effect. <br /> <br />Sisk stated that on December 28, 1992, he met with Hedding, <br />Hornbostel, and Tom Phare concerning the Attorney's fees. He <br />wanted to report that they considered the bills in the last 12 <br />months, going through an analysis with Tom Phare and Annette Brand. <br />He stated that they are going to make some recommendations to the <br />water attorneys. They are going to suggest that Council get an <br />estimate from attorneys, whether it be the City or the Water <br />Attorney, in advance, along with the possibility of the success of <br />the litigation. <br /> <br />Davidson was contacted by a representative of MDC, that owns the <br />land (approximately 360 acres) east of the Colorado Technology <br />Center.
