Phare:

Davidson;

Once you start looking outside of
Boulder Valley, as far as short
term, I'm not aware of anything.
Essentially, there is no other major
water projects being developed.
There's Denver, which is a major
player. We've talked to them in the
past, but they've not been in the
range of what we think we.can do in
the basin or what the Northern
Pipeline Project, with the water
rights purchase from CBT and Windy
Gap, would cost.

Taking Marshall Lake as a major
source, excluding the water that
Broomfield owns and we own, how many
shares are owned by non-metropolitan
or farmers?

Phare:

I would guess that a very aggressive
acquisition, which would drive the
price up considerably above what
we're paying, might be able to yield
100 - 200 shares over the next 3 - 5
years.

Sisk:

Is it a fair analysis that for every
10th c.f.s, that we increase, it
would cost us an extra $80,000.00?

Phare:

Reasonably so. We were kicking
around $1 million/c.f.s., which is a
little on the low side. These are
updated estimates, based on the
participant level. We still have an
agreement with the District. There
are people who could back out that
are on the other end of the pipeline
and are participating in other
common parts of the project, such as
the outlet works, that aren't bound
to us to participate.

Sisk inquired as to where Phare saw Louisville at the end '93 with
commercial activity, Neodata included, maybe 200 housing starts, in
terms of Louisville's demand for water ergo our supply that
Louisville has available.

Phare:

This year we are projecting to be
around 4,100 - 4,200 acre ft.

5
