<br />Section 5. Section 17.16.190 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled "Mobile
<br />homes, trailers and commercial vehicles," its hereby amended to read as follows (words to be
<br />added are underlined; words to be deleted are ~*r~°'~°„ *"r°~~rt'~):
<br />Sec. 17.16.190. Mobile homes, trailers and commercial vehicles.
<br />Storage and parking of mobile homes, +°~~'°re wnd c.,......e..,.c'.:'e?::c'-ee shall be
<br />subject to the requirements specified in *'~° m°'~~'°''°m° °,.a:,,.,„°°chapter 15.20
<br />of this codet~ke-cry. Storage and parking of commercial vehicles, recreational
<br />vehicles and trailers shall be subject to the requirements of, respectively, sections
<br />10.20.040 and 17.20.165, and to other applicable provisions of this code.
<br />Section 6. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such
<br />decisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City
<br />Council hereby declares that it would leave passed this ordinance and each part hereof
<br />irrespective of the fact that any one part be declared invalid.
<br />Section 7. The repeal or modification of any portion of the Municipal Code of the City
<br />of Louisville by this ordinance shall not release, extinguish, alter, modify, or change in whole or in
<br />part any penalty, forfeiture, or liability, either civil or criminal, which shall have been incurred
<br />under such provision, and each provision shall be treated and held as still remaining in force for the
<br />purpose of sustaining any and all proper .actions, suits, proceedings, and prosecutions for the
<br />enforcement of the penalty, forfeiture, or liability, as well as for the purpose of sustaining any
<br />judgment, decree, or order which can or maybe rendered, entered, or made in such actions, suits,
<br />proceedings, or prosecutions.
