APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER - TURF MAINTENANCE
AWARD BID - RECREATION CENTER TENNIS COURTS
AWARD BID - WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AUTOMATIC
CHLORINATION/DECHLORINATION MONITORING EQUIPMENT

PUBLIC COMMENTS - ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA

Davidson called for anyone in the audience who wished to speak on
any items not on the Agenda.

Paul J. Martus, 639 Fairfield Lane, Louisville, Colorado, spoke on
behalf of his neighbors concerning:

1.) The dust control, which they feel has bypassed the
developer, who was supposed to oversee it. He stated
that there were winds of over 80 mph a week ago and they
were overlot grading with their graders, causing
tremendous problems along the whole bike path. They
wanted to know what his plan was to control the dust in
the future, how long is that grade going to lay out there
like that, and how long do they have to endure the
aggravation?
2.) He stated that at the meetings in November, they never
discussed the developer raising the grade over 6 feet.
No one ever told them. Now his home sets in a hole and
he was extremely disturbed, because it was never
discussed by the City or anyone. He was disturbed at the
City's response, when he and several neighbors called on
that Friday when it was blowing at 80 mph and nothing was
done. Dust was everywhere.

Davidson asked that those items be on the Agenda for tomorrow's
Meadows at Coal Creek meeting.

Charles Haseman, 247 South Lark Avenue, Louisville, Colorado, was
representing the Cherrywood neighborhood. He read an open letter
(SEE ATTACHED) to the Council from the neighborhood concerning the
131 planned apartments on Centennial Valley Tract A.

Davidson called for anyone else in the audience who wished to speak
on any item that is not on the Agenda.

NONE

REGULAR BUSINESS

INTRODUCTION OF NEW EMPLOYEES - 1ST QUARTER 1993

Rod Leesman, Public Safety Director, introduced Margarita Subia,
Law Enforcement Technician, and Stan Ancell, Police officer.

2
