Since her law firm did not have <br />condemnation expertise, she met with Attorney Tim Goddard, who is <br />in the law firm of Opperman & Associates in Denver, which <br />specializes in condemnation work, to obtain assistance in <br />initiating the acquisition process. Mr. Goddard assisted Griffiths <br />in preparing this ordinance, which is necessary to initiate the <br />process. Also, she stated that before Council is a proposed <br />employment agreement retaining Opperman & Associates for assistance <br /> <br /> <br />
