At any
time did you attempt to receive any
kind of legal advise as to how to
proceed with a legal document,
because this is a legal document
here. What can you tell me to help
me understand how this kind of
misunderstanding happened, so that I
can go back to my previously stated
position of, if it was 20 years ago,
I don't really care.

In preparing the application,
obviously, it was a concern, when I
came to question 7, there was some
concern. Some time before
submitting the application, I called
the Colorado Liquor Board and told
them the circumstances and how old
this material was. They said that
whatever the statute is, is based on
here and now, on whatever I can show
as my personal character here and
now.

I agree 100% with the Colorado
Liquor Board. Just speaking for
myself, the 20 year old problem is
really not~ of concern to me. What
is of concern to me is the seeming
prevarication on the license itself.
What can you tell me to make me
believe that when you filled this
out there were some extenuating
circumstances to the answer in
question 7?

10
