He urged all citizens to <br />conserve water and to utilize the Board's recommendations, "Don't <br />Bag It" grass program, participating in curb side recycling, and/or <br />drop off recycling program. <br /> <br />Sisk reminded Louisville's citizens t~at today was the start of the <br />voluntary "circle, diamond, square" watering. <br /> <br />Steve Baysinger, Parks & Recreation Director, explained that the <br />"circle, diamond, square" has to do with the last two digits of <br />one's address. There will be a mailing going to all of <br />Louisville's residents this week with a calendar of June, July, <br />August, and September to help people keep track of those days. <br /> <br /> <br />
