Box 337, Louisville, Colorado, stated that <br />concerning the guidelines, it was mentioned and discussed in some <br />detail at the Planning Commission. As far as he knew, the planning <br />is in compliance with the guidelines. He requested that the City <br />give him a copy of those guidelines. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve Resolution No. 22, Series 1993, <br />for the Margaret Stelmach annexation and adopt same. Seconded by <br />Howard. Roll call was taken. Seconded by Howard. <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, asked if she and Council could have <br />an opportunity to look at the guidelines requirements to see if it <br />could not more properly be put into an annexation agreement, as <br />opposed to in the Ordinance itself, because putting an additional <br />condition in the Ordinance might result in additional legal <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Mayer: <br /> <br />So, I should remove that portion of <br />it? <br /> <br />Griffiths: <br /> <br />If you would, then we'll have it <br />addressed by the 2nd Reading. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />
