Boulevard, as being predominate gateway to the City of Louisville. Mayer was at the Planning Commission meeting and Peter Kerncamp did mention this, but it wasn't a central item of discussion. Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. Bob Bresnehan, P.O. Box 337, Louisville, Colorado, stated that concerning the guidelines, it was mentioned and discussed in some detail at the Planning Commission. As far as he knew, the planning is in compliance with the guidelines. He requested that the City give him a copy of those guidelines. Mayer moved that Council approve Resolution No. 22, Series 1993, for the Margaret Stelmach annexation and adopt same. Seconded by Howard. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. e ORDINANCE NO. 1110, SERIES 1993 -ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY - STELMACH - 1ST READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING 7/20/93 Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1110, Series 1993, "An ordinance approving the annexation of territory, to be known as the Stelmach annexation, to the City of Louisville, Colorado." Davidson called for any further staff presentation. NONE Davidson called for Council comments. NONE Mayer moved that Council place Ordinance No. 1110, Series 1993, out for publication and set a Public Hearing for July 20, 1993, and add, as part of this, that the Homart design guidelines will be made part of the Ordinance. Seconded by Howard. Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, asked if she and Council could have an opportunity to look at the guidelines requirements to see if it could not more properly be put into an annexation agreement, as opposed to in the Ordinance itself, because putting an additional condition in the Ordinance might result in additional legal requirements. Mayer: So, I should remove that portion of it? Griffiths: If you would, then we'll have it addressed by the 2nd Reading. 10
