it was determined that several documents Council <br />would need in consideration of this annexation were <br />not yet available. Staff recommends continuation of <br />the public hearing on this ordinance as well as the <br />zoning ordinance and related land trade issues. <br />Mayor Fauson asked if anyone wished to speak to this <br />ordinance tonight that may not otherwise be able to <br />attend the March 1, 1988 Council Meeting. None. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Carnival seconded to continue <br />the public hearing on Ordinance #948 to the March 1, <br />1988 Council Meeting. <br />Anderson and Sackett asked that they abstain from <br />voting on all items on the Agenda relating to the <br />Coal Creek Ranch and golf course issues due to <br />possible conflict of interest. <br />Council voted 5-0 with Anderson and Sackett <br />abstaining to continue the public hearing on <br />Ordinance #948 until the March 1, 1988 Council <br />Meeting. <br />ORDINANCE #949 - COAL CREEK RANCH ZONING - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing and <br />recommended that anyone wishing to speak to this <br />issue return for comments on March 1, 1988, the <br />recommended date to continue the public hearing. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Scarpella seconded to <br />continue the public hearing on Ordinance #949 until <br />the March 1, 1988 Council Meeting. <br />The motion was passed 5-0 with Anderson and <br />Sackett abstaining. <br />AMENDMENT TO HOMART DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT Mayor Fauson moved and Mohr seconded to table this <br />item until Council's March 1, 1988 Meeting. <br />Passed 5-0 with Anderson and Sackett abstaining. <br />APPROVAL OF HOMART AGREEMENT - LAND TRADE FOR <br />GOLF COURSE Mayor Fauson moved and Mohr seconded to table this <br />item until Council's March 1, 1988 Meeting.
