The motion <br />passed 4-0. <br />Anderson asked to be excused from participation regarding the next Agenda <br />item due to possible to conflict of interest. <br />APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO COAL CREEK RANCH <br />ANNEXATION Stahl explained than in order to provide for the <br />expiration of the ;30 day referendum period for <br />Ordinance #959, the closing for the golf course <br />bond issue has beers set for July 25, 1988. As a <br />result, the Coal Greek Annexation Agreement and <br />Escrow Agreement must be amended to reflect the <br />revised schedules. The City Attorney prepared, <br />revised and approved these documents. Staff is <br />recommending Council authorize the Mayor to <br />execute the documents as submitted. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Mohr seconded to approve <br />the amendments to the Coal Creek Ranch Annexation. <br />The motion passed 3-0. <br />Anderson rejoined the meeting. <br />TRANSFER OF LIQUOR LICENSE FOR THE BLACK <br />DIAMOND Si~ahl stated that the <br />application for the transfer of a liquor license <br />for the Black Diamond had been submitted to the <br />City Clerk and therE~ was a need to obtain further <br />documentation with regard to the new owners having <br />title to the property. Stahl recommended that <br />Council approve tYie transfer contingent upon <br />receiving this documentation by July 11, 1988. <br />Thomas A. Ren and ]tevin P. Jones have formed a <br />partnership and are purchasing the Black Diamond <br />and wish to transfer the liquor license and open <br />as the Louisville Mining Co. Documents pertaining <br />to the purchase anti financial details have been <br />prepared but are not yet available for Council <br />review. The current license will expire on July <br />15, 1988. Therefore the transfer can only be <br />accomplished at this meeting. Williamson, City <br />Attorney, will examine these documents to ensure <br />compliance with State Statutes. <br />Mayor Fauson moved a.nd Mohr seconded to approve <br />the transfer of the Liquor License for the Black <br />Diamond contingent upon receiving final documents <br />by the close of the business day on July 11, 1988. <br />The motion passed 4-0. <br />OTHER: <br />6 <br />
