Mayor Fauson moved .and Sackett seconded to place Ordinance #964 out for publication and a public hearing be set for September 6, 1988. The motion passed 5-0. Anderson and Sackett rejoined the meeting. ORDINANCE #965 - SERIES 1988 - CHAPMAN ROW - 1ST READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING Ordinance #965, Series 1988, "An Ordinance vacating a portion of an alley located in Jefferson Place." McGuire presented the request by Chapman's that the City vacate ownership of a 10' wide alley which borders their- property on the north. An exclusive utility easement will be maintained in the alley on Chapman's property. This will allow the City to better maintain a sanitary sewer line that runs through the alley. The adjacent property owner agrees to the vacation. Planning Commissior.~ reviewed and approved this request on June 14, 1988. RESOLUTION #30 - ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION Resolution approving an Louisville." #30, Series 1988, "A Resolution organizational plan for the City of Stahl presented to Council the organizational plan. Based on the Louisville Municipal Code this plan must be presented by the City Administrator within sixty days from the date of appointment. After review of the: current organizational plan and a survey of other Denver Metro municipal organizations, two modifications appear to be in order at this time. 6
