The motion <br />passed 5-0. <br />Anderson and Sackett rejoined the meeting. <br />ORDINANCE #965 - SERIES 1988 - CHAPMAN ROW - 1ST READING - <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING Ordinance #965, Series 1988, "An Ordinance <br />vacating a portion of an alley located in <br />Jefferson Place." <br />McGuire presented the request by Chapman's that <br />the City vacate ownership of a 10' wide alley <br />which borders their- property on the north. An <br />exclusive utility easement will be maintained in <br />the alley on Chapman's property. This will allow <br />the City to better maintain a sanitary sewer line <br />that runs through the alley. The adjacent <br />property owner agrees to the vacation. <br />Planning Commissior.~ reviewed and approved this <br />request on June 14, 1988. <br />Mayor moved and Scarpella seconded to <br />place Ordinance #9E~5 out for publication and a <br />public hearing be set for September 6, 1988. The <br />motion passed 7-0. <br />RESOLUTION #30 - ADMINISTRATIVE <br />ORGANIZATION Resolution <br />approving an <br />Louisville." <br />#30, Series 1988, "A Resolution <br />organizational plan for the City of <br />Stahl presented to Council the organizational <br />plan. Based on the Louisville Municipal Code this <br />plan must be presented by the City Administrator <br />within sixty days from the date of appointment. <br />After review of the: current organizational plan <br />and a survey of other Denver Metro municipal <br />organizations, two modifications appear to be in <br />order at this time. <br />6 <br />
