The petition is in substantial compliance with state annexation statutes and the signatori on the petition are the owners of 100$ of the land exclusive of rights-of-way. 25.8$ of the property is contiguous to the existing City limits. The public hearing would be set for January 5, 1988. RESOLUTION #39 - ENCLAVE REPEAT OTHER: Mayor Fauson moved that Resolution #38 be adopted with a public hearing set for January 5, 1987. Mohr seconded. Resolution #38 was unanimously adopted 5-0 with Sackett and Anderson abstaining. Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #39, "A Resolution approving a replat for the Enclave Subdivision." Wanush stated that RB Development is requesting a replat of the Enclave Subdivision in order to incorporate a strip of land into the 19 lots which abut the strip. The original Enclave Plat left a space south of the ditch to permit City maintenance. Since the ditch has been realigned, this maintenance strip is no longer needed. Planning Commission reviewed this and recommended approval with no conditions. Mayor Fauson moved tthat Resolution #39 be adopted. Szymanski seconded. Unanimous. CHAMBER REQUEST FOR STREET CLOSURE FOR THE CHRISTMAS PARADE OF LIGHTS Mayor Fauson read a letter from the Chamber of Commerce requesting certain street closures for the annual Parade of Lights to take place December 4th. Each Department will be given a copy of the letter for review. Mohr moved that this requested be granted. Scarpella seconded. Unanimous. PUBLIC COMMENTS Howard Pollock, member of the Board of Directors for the Louisville Fire Protection District, thanked Council, Commission and staff for their support and help during the process for the Fire Station No. 2. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS None. RECESS TO EXECUTIVE Mayor Fauson moved that the meeting be recessed and SESSION Council move to an Executive Session at 10:04 p.m. 12
