At the <br />November 5, 1987, Council Meeting, Council continued <br />the public hearing and action on Resolution #22 <br />until action had been taken by the District Court to <br />resolve this issue. City Attorney Curt Rautenstraus <br />has filed all necessary responses for District Court <br />action. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Scarpella seconded to have <br />the public hearing f:or Resolution #22 be continued <br />until Council's January 5, 1988 Meeting. Unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION #40 - CENTENNIAL #4 - SUBDIVISION <br />AND PUD Rautenstraus reminded Council that this Resolution <br />had been read in its entirety at the December 1, <br />1987, Council Meeting. This Resolution and the next <br />four (Res. #40 - 43) were discussed and tabled at <br />that meeting to resolve certain issues at a Council <br />Work Session. <br />Mohr moved that Resolution #40 be approved with the <br />condition that McStain is responsible for the <br />installation and cost of all landscape improvements <br />along Via Appia. Mayor Fauson seconded. Unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION #41 - CENTENNIAL #6 - SUBDIVISION <br />AND PUD Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #41, "A <br />Resolution approving a Final PUD and Plat for <br />Centennial 6 Subdivision." <br />Mayor Fauson moved that Resolution #41 be approved <br />with the condition that McStain is responsible for <br />the installation and cost of all landscape <br />improvements along Via Appia. Scarpella seconded. <br />Unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION #42 - CENTENNIAL #7 - SUBDIVISION <br />AND PUD Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #42, "A <br />Resolution approving a Final PUD and Plat for <br />Centennial 7 Subdivision." <br />Mayor Fauson moved that Resolution #42 be approved. <br />Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION #43 - CENTENNIAL #8 - SUBDIVISION <br />AND PUD Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #42, "A <br />Resolution approving a Final PUD and Plat for <br />Centennial 8 Subdivision." <br />Mayor Fauson moved that Resolution #43 be adopted <br />with the condition that McStain is responsible for <br />the installation and cost of all landscape <br />improvements along Via Appia. McStain is also <br />responsible for all park improvements less $15,000 <br />2 <br />
