LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MARCH 18, 1986 REGULAR MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. anal the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Bob Szymanski, Alan Scarpella, John Sackett, Mike Mohr, Steve Anderson and Randy Carnival Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney Tom Phare, Director of Public Works August Hioco, Director of Community Services Sharon Asti-Caranc:i, Director of Financial Services Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk William Hesson, Treasurer Absent: Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety CLARIFICATION Mayor Fauson clarified that there was not a Public Hearing this evening for the Warembourg property. First Reading of a proposed ordinance concerning Warembourg is scheduled for tonights meeting only. A Public Hearing will be set upon the First Reading. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any additions to the Agenda. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be approved. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for approval of the Consent Calendar. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: A. Approval of Minutes B. Approval of Brills C. Monthly Financial Report D. Monthly Building Department Report E. Award Bid - Harper Lake Fence Project - Rocky Mountain Fence Company HISTORICAL COMMISSION PRESENTATION Virginia Caranci, Chairperson, related to Council the Commission's accomplishments and goals.
