Jordan detailed the <br />dates and amounts within the installment portion <br />of the Ordinance. Also, Anderson asked if the <br />assessment was to :be paid in installments or at <br />one time. Rautensi~raus stated that Hoyt indicated <br />that payments will be made in installments. <br />McStain does have 'the option to pay within 30 days <br />of publication of the Ordinance and receive a 5~ <br />discount. <br />Mayor Fauson closed the Public Hearing. <br />Mohr moved that Ordinance #890 be approved on <br />First Reading, ordered published and Second <br />Reading be set for May 6, 1986. Mayor Fauson <br />seconded. Unanimous. <br />AUDIT FINDINGS ACCEPTANCE AND <br />REPORT FROM FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />Hundley stated that. two of the three Finance <br />Committee members ]zad not yet arrived at the <br />meeting. All members did meet last week to <br />discuss the audit where the auditors went over in <br />detail. Technically, the City Council should <br />accept the Audit Report based on the <br />recommendation fronn the Finance Committee. This <br />is a requirement of some of the City's bond <br />obligations. <br />Scarpella explained that the Finance Committee did <br />meet and the auditors gave a good report of the <br />City's financial status and practices. The <br />Finance Committee recommends Council approve the <br />City's audit. A Council Work Session has been set <br />at a later date to discuss recommendations made by <br />the auditors. <br />Mayor Fauson moved that the Audit Report be <br />accepted. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION #23 - FIVE COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONER BOARD Mohr moved that they City Council of the City <br />of Louisville pass :Resolution #23 endorsing the <br />expansion of the County Commissioners to five with <br />representation from districts as opposed to the <br />current three at large. <br />David Leeds, 1753 F:egal Ct., Apt. B, spoke to <br />Council regarding thhis issue. Mr. Leeds was <br />appointed by the Couunty Commissioners to a seven <br />3 <br />
