Hundley concurred however he did <br />state to Hundley that other problems with respect <br />to his lease may preclude him from going into the <br />facility altogether. Sackett asked that it may be <br />possible that no matter what Council does, he may <br />not be satisfied and may be trying to get out of a <br />lease. Unanimous. <br />RECESS Mayor Fauson moved that the meeting be recessed to <br />await arrival of another Councilmember to continue <br />with Agenda Item 3-•A, Ordinance #885. <br />Councilman Carnival arrived during the recess and <br />will vote on the next issue. <br />ORDINANCE #885 - PUBLIC HEARING - AUTHORIZE <br />$1.6 MILLION FOR SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT - <br />VIA APPIA PROJECT <br />Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #885, <br />"An Ordinance authorizing the issuance by the City <br />of Louisville, Colorado, of Special Assessment <br />Bonds in the principal amount of $1,600,000 for <br />Special Improvement District No. 1986-1; <br />prescribing the form of the bonds; providing for <br />the payment of the bonds and the interest thereon; <br />and declaring an em.ergency." <br />Mayor Fauson opened the Public Hearing and <br />Rautenstraus verified the publication and the <br />notice of Public He<~ring for this Ordinance. <br />Hundley stated that as was discussed at the <br />previous meeting, Ordinance #885 would authorize <br />the issuance of $1.6~ million of the completion of <br />Via Appia which is a major street and feels it is <br />imperative for the City to get it done as soon as <br />possible. <br />Mayor Fauson asked ~Eor anyone wishing to speak in <br />favor of or in opposition to this Ordinance. <br />None. <br />Hundley explained that the final Ordinance on the <br />assessment roll will be completed May 6th and the <br />6 <br />
