After talking
with Mr. Kreager in. detail and upon visiting
Louisville Trade Center Site where Mr. Kreager is
locating, Hundley feels that some variation in
these conditions is probably appropriate. Based
upon Hundley's review of the situation and
discussions with Rich Wanush regarding the
Planning Commission's and Staff's intent, Hundley
recommended the following conditions: 1) The
overnight storage of vehicles should be limited to
those being serviced; 2) No more than two cars
should be for sale ~on the property at any one time
and those vehicles should not have "For Sale" sign
or any other indication that they are for sale on
them or in their windows; 3 ) There should be no
outside storage of automotive parts, assemblies or
cannibalized vehicles; and 4) Painting and welding
must be limited to those activities that conform
to fire and building codes. Hundley further
stated that he fails to see that this is in any
way any more offensive than anything that is
currently at that location.
Scarpella stated tYiat he was glad to see these
revisions as he felit the original recommendations
were too stringent.
Mohr stated that he will support these changes but
commented that Kreager initially did accept the
original conditions. He also asked if Kreager has
violated ordinances in the past.
Rautenstraus stated that he had been found guilty
of a zoning violation approximately 2 years ago
5
