The fees for a 54,000 s.f. <br />office building would actually drop nearly 15$. <br />Since most building in Louisville is residential <br />and retail, Wanush does not anticipate any <br />significant changes in total fee receipts. <br />Mayor Fauson asked if there was anyone wishing to <br />speak in favor of or in opposition to this <br />Ordinance. By Roll Call Vote, Ordinance <br />#895 was adopted unanimously. <br />ORDINANCE #896 - ANNEXATION REQUEST - FIECHTL, JOSEPH AND PROUTY - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #896, <br />"An Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado, a parcel of approximately 22.27 acres <br />located along what is known as Spruce Lane, in <br />Section 8 which is owned by Spruce Street Fiechtl, <br />Limited, Spruce Street Joseph, Limited, and <br />Jonathan Prouty." Publication and notice of <br />public hearing were established. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. <br />Wanush outlined the annexation request wherein the <br />owners are requesting RR Zoning. The property is <br />located north and south of West Spruce Street and <br />generally wost of the Goodhue Ditch within the <br />area known as the Spruce Lane neighborhood. Jon <br />Prouty and Spruce Street Joseph Ltd. partnership <br />are the owners of the 22.5 acre parcel of ground <br />which is currently in the County and zoned <br />Suburban Residential. The Planning Commission <br />held a public hearing concerning this on May 13, <br />1986 and recommend annexation with the conditions <br />present to Council at the first reading on May <br />20, 1986. The first condition required the <br />developer to provide an up-front payment of <br />$33,958 to cover deficit water requirements and <br />the 4th condition required that the existing units <br />be charged a service expansion fee of $2.25 per <br />square foot up to a maximum of $5,000 per unit. <br />Planning Commission determined that the property <br />must be developed as a PUD. <br />5 <br />
