Show Cause Hearing - Tri -City Elks Lodge #2541 — Club Liquor <br />License — 525 Main Street <br />Chairperson Tennessen noted the show cause hearing had been continued <br />after the packet was prepared and would be on the March 28, 2016 agenda. <br />C. Transfer Application — Sweet Spot Cafe LLC d /b /a Sweet Spot Cafe — <br />Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License w /Optional Premise — 585 W. <br />Dillon Road <br />Tennessen called for discussion on the transfer of license and noted this was the <br />golf course restaurant. Carlson moved to approve the transfer of the hotel and <br />restaurant liquor license with optional premise. Lipton seconded. All in favor. <br />D. Transfer Application — Phuket LLC d /b /a Phuket LLC — Hotel and <br />Restaurant Liquor License — 1156 W. Dillon Road #4 <br />Tennessen noted this transfer was from Thai Monkey Club. He questioned the <br />fact the ownership was reported at 100% but two signatures were on the bill of <br />sale and the lease. <br />Machado moved the Authority approve the transfer application with the <br />assurance from the applicant the paperwork is filled out correctly concerning <br />ownership. Lipton seconded. Roll Call Vote: Machado — yes, Carlson- yes, <br />Tennessen — yes, Lipton — yes and Hervey — yes. <br />E. Application for New Beer and Wine License - Set Public Hearing and <br />Boundaries of the Neighborhood — Smashburger Acquisition — Denver <br />LLC d /b /a Smashburger #1525 — 994 W. Dillon Road, Suite 500 <br />Tennessen moved the Authority set the Boundaries of the Neighborhood as the <br />City limits of the City of Louisville and set the Public Hearing for March 28, 2016 <br />at 7:00 PM. Carlson seconded the motion. All in favor. <br />Police Department Reports <br />A. Incident Report — Union Jack — 12/19/15 <br />Tennessen called for discussion on the police report. Authority members <br />discussed the report and follow up reports. <br />Tennessen moved the Authority order a show cause on the following charges: <br />A. C.R.S. § 12- 47- 901(1)(a), stating in pertinent part that it is unlawful for <br />any person to "sell, serve, give away, dispose of, exchange, or deliver <br />
