Motion passed by a 5 - <br />0 vote with Lathrop and Sisk being excused. <br /> <br />BP~K <br /> <br />Davidson called for a five minute break. <br /> <br />Council returned from break. <br /> <br />RE-~'.OLUTION NO. 18, SERIES 1994 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN - <br />CONOCO, INC. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this is to construct a <br />1,E43 s.f. convenience store with six multiple product fuel <br />dispensers under a 48'x 136' canopy, with an 800 s.f. automated <br />ca~ash. The maximum building height is 22'. Landscaping on the <br />site is 27.7%. This proposal with the signage meets the Centennial <br />Marketplace design guidelines. They propose two 17.5 s.f. wall <br />siq'ns mounted on the facia of the canopies facing McCaslin <br />Boulevard and the main entrance of the shopping center. They <br />propose a 24 s.f. monument sign, not to exceed 6' in height, for <br />the gas sale pricing, facing McCaslin Boulevard. The Planning <br />Commission held a public hearing on February 8, 1994, and approved <br />Resolution No. 5, Series 1994, by a vote of 7 - 0 without <br />condition. <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />DonShonkwiler, Homart Development, 400 South McCaslin, Louisville, <br />Colorado, introduced Dave Galloway, Galloway, Romero, & Associates, <br />14202 East Evans Avenue, Aurora, Colorado 80014. <br /> <br />Galloway presented the site plan for the Conoco station. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments and questions. <br /> <br />Mayer wanted the deciduous trees to be 2 1/2" in diameter. <br /> <br />Galloway agreed. <br /> <br />Sisk didn't want any banner signs. <br /> <br />Lathrop stated he didn't like the location of the tank vent risers. <br /> <br />Galloway stated that he could put them by the trash enclosures. <br /> <br />Levihn moved that Council approve Resolution No. 18, Series 1994, <br />Conoco, Inc, with the tree caliper being increased to 2 1/2" and <br />the tank vent risers being moved. Seconded by Sisk. Roll call was <br />taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />
