NOS'E Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments. Griffiths stated that there was a blank in paragraph A. su?gested the date be March 21, 1994. She Howard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1141, Series 1994, re?ulating the hours of operation of construction equipment on 2nd an~. final reading with date of March 21, 1994, filled in the blank. Seconded by Levihn. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. ORDINANCE NO. 1133, SERIES 1993 -AMENDING CERTAIN FEE REQUIREMENTS TO ASSIST IN MEETING GROWTH RELATED NEEDS OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO - 2ND READING - CONTINUED Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1133, Series 1993, "An ordinance amending certain fee requirements to assist in meeting growth related needs of the City of Louisville, Colorado." Davidson opened the public hearing. Mayer requested that the Ordinance be amended on page 2, Table B, Res. idential 3/4" tap fee to read $7,856 to reflect staff input. Davidson called for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1133. NOS'E Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments. Lathrop supported this because he felt a yearly increase based on inflation was appropriate, but he didn't agree with the underlying base that Council is increasing the fee from. Sis.k corrected Mayer's $7,856 tap fee amount to be $7,862. Mayer agreed. Ho%'ard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1133, Series 1993, amending certain fee requirements to assist in meeting growth related needs of the City on 2nd and final reading. Seconded by Mayer. Mayer offered a friendly amendment that the fee for residential 3/4" taps be changed to $7,862 (a raise of 4.83% from the current rates), as per staff recommendation. Howard accepted that, as did Mayer.
