NOS'E <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments. <br /> <br />Griffiths stated that there was a blank in paragraph A. <br />su?gested the date be March 21, 1994. <br /> <br />She <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1141, Series 1994, <br />re?ulating the hours of operation of construction equipment on 2nd <br />an~. final reading with date of March 21, 1994, filled in the blank. <br />Seconded by Levihn. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - <br />0 vote. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1133, SERIES 1993 -AMENDING CERTAIN FEE REQUIREMENTS <br />TO ASSIST IN MEETING GROWTH RELATED NEEDS OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO - 2ND READING - CONTINUED <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1133, Series 1993, "An <br />ordinance amending certain fee requirements to assist in meeting <br />growth related needs of the City of Louisville, Colorado." <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Mayer requested that the Ordinance be amended on page 2, Table B, <br />Res. idential 3/4" tap fee to read $7,856 to reflect staff input. <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1133. <br /> <br />NOS'E <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments. <br /> <br />Lathrop supported this because he felt a yearly increase based on <br />inflation was appropriate, but he didn't agree with the underlying <br />base that Council is increasing the fee from. <br /> <br />Sis.k corrected Mayer's $7,856 tap fee amount to be $7,862. <br /> <br />Mayer agreed. <br /> <br />Ho%'ard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1133, Series 1993, <br />amending certain fee requirements to assist in meeting growth <br />related needs of the City on 2nd and final reading. Seconded by <br />Mayer. <br /> <br />Mayer offered a friendly amendment that the fee for residential <br />3/4" taps be changed to $7,862 (a raise of 4.83% from the current <br />rates), as per staff recommendation. <br /> <br />Howard accepted that, as did Mayer. <br /> <br /> <br />
