He asked that <br />this be reviewed in conjunction with other <br />priorities and receive additional estimates from <br />other leasing firm;;. <br />Meier moved that this proposal been sent on to the <br />Planning Commis:aion for their study- and <br />recommendations. Leary seconded and the motion <br />was approved unaninnously. <br />Luce asked that staff seek other leasing company <br />bids to obtain the' best interest rate and `would <br />like to receive other estimates on the project <br />besides that from Hillhouse Associates to ensure <br />the City is receiving a complete picture of the <br />project.
