Ordinance #876 was adopted unanimously by roll call vote. ORDINANCE #878 - SEWER RATES - FIRST READING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #878, "An Ordinance amending Chapter 13.28 of the Louisville Municipal Code concerning rates for sewer service" and requested that the Ordinance be placed out for publication and set a public hearing for January 7, 1986. Mayor Meierr moved that Ordinance #878 be published and a Public Hearing be set for January 7, 1986. Luce seconded. Unanimous. ORDINANCE #879 - ISSUANCE OF SEWER BONDS - FIRST READING ORDINANCE #880 - SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT - MCSTAIN Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #879, "An Ordinance authorizing the issuance by the City of Louisville, Colorado, of Sewer Revenue Bonds Series 1985, in the principal amount of $2,755,000 for the purpose of paying the costs of improving and extending the City's sewerage system; prescribing the form of the bonds; providing for the payment of the principal of, premium if any, and interest on the bonds from the net revenue derived from the City's sewerage facilities; providing other details in connection therewith; and declaring an emergency." Staff is requesting permission to put this Ordinance out for publica- tion and a Public Hearing be set for January 7, 1986. Mayor Meier moved that Ordinance #879 be put out for publication and a Public Hearing be set for January 7, 1986. Luce seconded. Russ Caldwell of Kirchner Moore, the City's Bond Underwriter made a presentation stating that the emergency is to allow the City to take advantage of the present interest rates. The motion to place Ordinance #879 out for publication and a Public Hearing be set for January 7, 1986, was passed unanimously.
