Unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION #38 - 1985 <br />BUDGET AMENDMENT Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #38, <br />Series 1985, "A Resolution amending the 1985 <br />budget by decreasing or increasing revenues and <br />appropriations in the Tree, Park and Recreation <br />Assessment, Capital Improvement, Conservation <br />Trust, Revenue Sharing, Downtown, Water and Sewer <br />Funds." <br />Mayor Meier moved that Resolution #38 be adopted. <br />Leary seconded. Unanimous. <br />PUD DESIGN GUIDELINES Wanush explained that the objectives of the <br />proposed Design Guidelines for the City of <br />Louisville are: 1) to bring together in one place <br />the various ordinance, standards and guidelines <br />already in use; 2) to develop additional design <br />elements far residential and commercial <br />developments; 3) to stimulate discussion and <br />communication concerning design issues; 4) to <br />provide a basis upon which to evaluate development <br />proposals; 5) to guide development to insure a <br />high quality visual environment in Louisville. <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of these <br />guidelines on November 12, 1985. <br />Joan Hirschman, Contract Planner for the City of <br />Louisville, detailed the proposed Guidelines and <br />answered questions. <br />Luce moved that Council adopt the Design <br />Guidelines to be used by the City in evaluating <br />proposals and secondly, staff be directed to <br />prepare a classification scheme for use with these <br />Guidelines that would be presented to Council at <br />the next Council meeting.
