Hundley explained that all employees who were
employed by the City as of January 1, 1985, would
be entitled to the bonus as they were not given a
raise at that time.
The motion was passed unanimously.
COUNCIL COMMENTS Mayor Meier wished everyone a Merry Christmas. He
also informted staff and elected officials that a
Liquor Enforcement Seminar was being conducted on
the 16th of January should anyone want to attend.
Luce asked if there had been any further progress
with regard to the signalization at the McCaslin
Interchange. Phare had not obtained any
additional information. Luce commended staff for
the 1986 Budget book and its timeliness. He also
commended the street crews for their efforts in
this most recent storm.
Fauson wished everyone a Merry Christmas.
Leary referred to potholes in the streets within
the Homart development and asked whose
responsibility it was to maintain the area. Phare
explained that Homart was responsible and was
working on the problem.
Cussen asked if the snow removal had proceeded
without major problems, etc. Phare indicated that
for the most part all had gone well in spite of
very heavy demand on the snow removal personnel
and equipment.
ADJOURNMENT With no further business, Mayor Meier moved that
the meeting be adjourned. Seconded. The meeting
was adjourned at 10:32 p.m.
8
