Lathrop stated that access to the property, when acquired, will be a discussed with public input, as <br />will other issues. Public Works will look at the irrigation issue. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve the Warembourg Final Subdivision Plat, Resolution No. 39, <br />Series 1994. Seconded by Keany. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Davidson <br />being absent. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/MOTION - WAREMBOURG SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />CJriffiths reviewed the Purchased Contract, Subdivision Agreement, and the July 15, 1994, letter from <br />the Warembourg's attorneys. <br /> <br />Howard called for public comments. <br /> <br />Lois Thomas, 180 West Sycamore Lane (adjacent to the Warembourg property), Louisville, <br />Colorado, was concerned about the use of the property after the closing date, before the public <br />process had culminated concerning the ultimate use of the property. She was concerned about <br />access, fencing, etc. <br /> <br />Greg Oxenfeld, 151 South Carter Court, Louisville, Colorado, requested that in the Subdivision <br />Agreement, 4.6 (b), the "hours orS:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m." be changed to "hours of 5:00 p.m. and <br />8:00 a.m. on weekdays and 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. on legal holidays and weekends." He wanted <br />a paragraph "(c)" added that would include a provision for controlling noise and dust, that it meet all <br />city and state standards, and that adequate water is available to minimize dust. <br /> <br />Laurie McNichol, 176 West Sycamore Lane (property backs to the north end of the property), <br />Louisville, Colorado, wanted a timetable beginning after closing as to when things are going to <br />happen, what is going to happen, etc. She agreed with' Oxenfeld's comments. She did not want the <br />Hoover access. She was also concerned about the wildlife in the area. <br /> <br />Denise Brewer, 381 West Sycamore Lane, Louisville, Colorado, did not ever want Hoover Road to <br />be an access to the property. <br /> <br />Howard called for any further comments. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Howard closed the public comments and called for Council comments and questions. <br /> <br />Mayer stated that once the purchase was agreed to, Parks & Recreation would make a <br />recommendation for interim conditions of use for the property. He felt in the beginning it would be <br />passive open space. The traffic on Hoover would be studied, as would crosswalks.
