Sisk was concerned about the ramifications of mineral rights having previously been sold off. <br />Keany stated that the construction hours are set by ordinance. <br /> <br />Howard stated that citizen input will be wanted and needed. <br /> <br />Lathrop moved that Council authorize the Mayor Pro-Tem to execute the Warembourg Subdivision <br />Agreement. Seconded by Mayer. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Davidson <br />being absent. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/MOTION - PURCHASE CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL VACANT REAL <br />ESTATE AND CONSERVATION EASEMENT - WAREMBOURG PROPERTY <br /> <br />Howard called for public comments. <br /> <br />Greg Oxenfeld, 151 South Carter Court, Louisville, Colorado, appreciated the city's and <br />Warembourg's assistance in gathering information. <br /> <br />Chris Wecker (Klubert Warembourg's daughter), 442 South 112th, Louisville, Colorado, stated that <br />her father wanted her to thank Council, especially Councilman Rob Lathrop and former City <br />Administrator Annette Brand, for being so helpful, sensitive, and respectful of the Warembourg <br />family's needs and desires. <br /> <br />Howard called for further public comments. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Howard called for Council questions, comments, or motions. <br /> <br />Council thanked Lathrop and Brand for being such effective negotiators for the City of Louisville, <br />showing great respect for the Warembourgs. <br /> <br />Lathrop moved that Council authorize the Mayor Pro-Tem to execute the Purchase Contract to Buy <br />and Sell Vacant Real Estate and the Conservation Easement on the property known as the <br />Warembourg property. Seconded by Sisk. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with <br />Davidson being absent. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 40, SERIES 1994 - AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO A FINAL PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR DAVIDSON HIGHLINE <br /> <br />Lathrop asked to be excused due to a conflict of interest, as he is part owner of this property. <br />Howard excused Lathrop. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />
