Kernkamp: <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />I believe it's to the Centennial Marketplace <br />PUD, which is 48 s.f. maximum. <br /> <br />Don Shonkwiler, HD Delaware Properties, 400 So. McCaslin Boulevard, Louisville, Colorado, <br />introduced Clair Beckman, Senior Vice-President with Bank One Boulder, Doug Drohman, Branch <br />Manager for Bank One Louisville, and Paul Schultz of OZ Architecture. <br /> <br />Beckman asked for Council's favorable consideration. <br /> <br />Schultz reviewed the site plan. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council questions. <br /> <br />Mayer wanted more evergreen trees along McCaslin near the entrance and along the entry drive. He <br />wanted the signage brought back to the Planning Commission as an amendment to the PUD. <br /> <br />Howard wanted the parking to be adequate. <br /> <br />Levihn did not feel it was necessary to take the signage back to the Planning Commission. <br />Davidson called for further Council questions. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Keany moved that Council approve Resolution No. 43, Series 1994, for the Final PUD Development <br />Plan for Bank One. Seconded by Levihn. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 5 - 0 vote with <br />Lathrop and Sisk being excused. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 44, SERIES 1994 - SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR FAIRVIEW <br />MONTESSORI SCHOOL, 733 JEFFERSON <br /> <br />Peter Kernkamp, Planner, stated that this Special Review Use is for a Montessori School to be <br />located at 733 Jefferson in property owned by the First United Methodist Church of Louisville. There <br />will be a maximum of 23 children between the ages of 2 1/2 and 6 years old on weekdays only from <br />7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. staffed by four adults. Planning Commission heard this on July 12 and they <br />approved this with six conditions (SEE ATTACHED). <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Adam Hill, Attorney, 813 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado, introduced Shannon Ryland, Owner and <br />Director of the Fairview Montessori School, just west of Davidson Mesa on O'Connor Drive.
