explained that the Church will use the facility for church activities on the weekends for their nursery <br />and Sunday School. There will be an morning and an afternoon session with approximately 23 <br />children at each session. He felt the traffic flow would not be a problem. <br /> <br />Shannon Ryland, 7659 O'Connor Road, Boulder, Colorado, stated that she has owned her Montessori <br />school for three years. She was looking forward to opening one in Louisville. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council questions. <br /> <br />Keany was concerned that the loading and unloading of children at the school be adequate. <br /> <br />Sisk wanted the building to be according to Code, particularly fire sprinklers. <br /> <br />Hill stated that this will be reviewed during the remodeling. <br /> <br />Levihn did not like the outside time restrictions. <br /> <br />Howard agreed with Sisk and Levihn. He felt there should be more than the five parking spaces. <br /> <br />Mayer wanted the Special Review Use to be just for this school and not to go with the property. <br /> <br />Lathrop felt the parking might be a problem. He wanted to staff to review the performance of the <br />school, i.e. parking, traffic flow, etc., a year at, er they've had their Special Review Use granted, with <br />no reflection on Ryland or the Church. <br /> <br />Davidson asked about the historic use of the house for the last five years. <br /> <br />Hill stated that it had been used as a nursery and a Sunday school facility mainly on Sunday Mornings. <br />During the week it had various uses, such as a safehouse, Cub Scout troop, etc. <br /> <br />Davidson called for public comments. <br /> <br />Patricia Gray, 941 Eldorado Lane, Louisville, Colorado, spoke in favor of the Montessori School. <br />Davidson called for Council comments. <br /> <br />Mayer was in favor of the time limit on the outside play area. He proposed a time limit of three years <br />for the Special Review Use. <br /> <br />Lathrop was in favor of a staff' review in a year to see if there needed to be any changes. <br /> <br />Ryland wanted a five year lease because of her investment. <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />
