Additionally, there is more inflow from CBT, and although it will not be <br />reported in this years' quota, it will be reported on next years' quota. <br /> <br />Keany asked if the City could bank the CBT water for future years. Phare stated the <br />Board establishes a year-to-year policy, and currently allow a carry-over of .2 acre-feet <br />per CBT unit. He noted there are other ways to transfer CBT water into Windy Gap <br />Water, however, that can have some impact on next year's Windy Gap yield. <br /> <br />Keany stated his understanding the CBT storage facility is still very low. He asked if the <br />City is taking in any CBT water. Phare responded no, and stated the deadline is October <br />1 st, to either carry the water forward to next year or convert it, or lose it. He stated CBT <br />water will run in the fall, and be carried over to Marshall Lake. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> <br />City Manager Bill Simmons informed Council of the two items for the May 27th study <br />session: 1) Discussion of St. Andrews Traffic Control Plan and 2) Discussion of the <br />Street Reconstruction Projects for 2003. He informed Council that the Planning <br />Commission will review revisions to landscaping code, the South Sub Area and perhaps <br />an amendment of the comprehensive plan and the Highway 42 Revitalization Plan. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Davidson reported the RTD Board approved the CIF contract for the US36 corridor. <br />Brown asked if CDOT approval was forthcoming.
