Susan Morals, 939 West Maple Court, Louisville, Colorado, asked of Council, when looking at the <br />zoning of this property, to make a specific part of their motion the maximum density, as listed in the <br />current Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Howard called for anyone else wishing to speak. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Howard called for Council questions, comments, or motions. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1166, Series 1994, amended as follows: will zone <br />approximately 6.68 acres to O-OT - Administrative Office Transition zoned and approximately 22.79 <br />acres to R-RR - Rural Residential Restricted density. Seconded by Sisk. <br /> <br />Keany offered a friendly amendment that Exhibit A and Exhibit B be referred to in the motion to give <br />an exact legal description, so there is no question as to which parcel is being zoned which way. <br /> <br />Mayer and seconder Sisk accepted that. <br /> <br />Griffiths had a correction on Section 2 of the ordinance: "1166" should be corrected to "1165." <br /> <br />Mayer and seconder Sisk accepted that. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 4 - 2 vote with <br />Lathrop and Keany voting against and Davidson being absent. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 55, SERIES 1994 - APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF A SPECIAL <br />REVIEW USE FOR ST. LOUIS CATHOLIC CHURCH CHILD CARE FACILITY <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the Planning Commission held a public hearing on October <br />11, 1994, and approved the extension by a 5 - 1 vote (one abstention) with four conditions: <br /> <br />1.) <br />2.) <br /> <br />3.) <br /> <br />4.) <br /> <br />The use shall be granted to the applicant only for a period of 12 months; <br />The use shall terminate upon completion of the new St. Louis Daycare Center at 901 <br />Grant Street; <br />The existing on-site outside play area shall not be utilized. The applicant shall utilize <br />an off-site play area which is safely accessible; <br />The applicant shall submit and enforce a traffic circulation plan and schedule which <br />avoids traffic congestion in the immediate neighborhood. <br /> <br />Howard called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Father Don Willette, Pastor of St. Louis Church, 901 Grant, and Administrator of the property at 902 <br />Grant and the daycare at 841 Grant, Louisville, Colorado, stated that they are a non-profit and a <br />service provided for the community. <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br /> <br />
