Resolution No.
54 brings forward a resolution of substantial compliance for the Gateway Annexation presented to
the city under a petition by the Louisview Corporation. Ordinance No. 1165 is proposing to annex
approximately 29.4 acres. Ordinance No. 1166 is for the proposed zoning of that property in two
respective zone designations. He stated that the Louisview Corporation is requesting annexation of
four parcels totaling approximately 29.4 acres located south of South Boulder Road and McCaslin
Boulevard. There is a parcel between 80th and McCaslin, with the balance of the annexation being
east of McCaslin Boulevard. It was the applicants request to move forward without any substantial
change to the concept plan or the annexation petition or plat, and to finish the balance of the public
hearing process at this time. The concept plan attached to the annexation plat reflected what the
Planning Commission saw in March of this year.

Professional office - 6.7 acres - 27,000 s.f., building coverage (6 buildings)
Residential - 42 lots single family units on 22.6 acres - averaging 12,000 s.f.
- 1.85 units per acre gross

6
