Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1164, Series 1994, "An ordinance amending Section <br />2.68.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code regarding salary structures." <br /> <br />Bill Blankenship, Human Resources Officer, stated that the results of a salary survey indicated that <br />Louisville has fallen 3.42% behind the wage curve. He commented that Council had given tentative <br />approval to adjust the salary schedules, subject to budget approval and adoption. <br /> <br />Howard call for Council comments, questions, and motions. <br /> <br />Lathrop wondered, if this were adopted, would the city remain within the 1995 Budget. <br /> <br />Blankenship stated that it would be below what was originally asked for. <br /> <br />Levihn moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1164, Series 1994, on first reading and set a public <br />hearing for November 1, 1994. Seconded by Sisk. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 <br />vote with Davidson being absent. <br /> <br />LOUISVIEW ANNEXATION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 54, SERIES 1994 - SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE - <br />LOUISVIEW CORPORATION - ANNEXATION <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1165, SERIES 1994 ANNEXATION OF LOUISVIEW <br />CORPORATION PROPERTY - IST READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING 12/6/94 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1166, SERIES 1994 - ZONING OF ANNEXED LAND - <br />LOUISVIEW CORPORATION - 1ST READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING 12/6/94 <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, combined his presentation on the three above items. Resolution No. <br />54 brings forward a resolution of substantial compliance for the Gateway Annexation presented to <br />the city under a petition by the Louisview Corporation. Ordinance No. 1165 is proposing to annex <br />approximately 29.4 acres. Ordinance No. 1166 is for the proposed zoning of that property in two <br />respective zone designations. He stated that the Louisview Corporation is requesting annexation of <br />four parcels totaling approximately 29.4 acres located south of South Boulder Road and McCaslin <br />Boulevard. There is a parcel between 80th and McCaslin, with the balance of the annexation being <br />east of McCaslin Boulevard. It was the applicants request to move forward without any substantial <br />change to the concept plan or the annexation petition or plat, and to finish the balance of the public <br />hearing process at this time.
