Lindy Kocol, 577 Manorwood Lane, Louisville, Colorado, supported the Knollwood proposal. She
<br />liked the donation of the Daughenbaugh property, which she felt was strategic parcel in maintaining
<br />open spaces in that area. They moved to Louisville last year and found Louisville's school
<br />overcrowding was very minor compared to what they experienced for years in Florida (over 1,200
<br />students in schools built for 500).

<br />Janet Mitchell, 288 South Taft Court, Louisville, Colorado, supported Bellock's proposal because
<br />of his good previous development "track record." She like the proposed donated park space.

<br />Doug Drohman, 639 West Pine Street, Louisville, Colorado, was in favor of the Knollwood
<br />subdivision, because it will enhance CTC's existing and future business and landowners with the
<br />reduction in taxes. He liked the access to 96th Street and the donation of the Daughenbaugh property
<br />for open space. He stated that Bellock completing 104th Street will save the city about $435,000.

<br />John Sackett, 596 Fairfield Lane, Louisville, Colorado, was in favor of the Knollwood project and
<br />felt the trade-offs were worth it. He liked the park and the development of the Tech Center.
<br />
<br />Thomas Aten, 721 St. Andrews Lane, Louisville, Colorado, supported this quality development with
<br />lots of open space and managed growth.
<br />
<br />Anthony Mitchell, 416 South Taylor Avenue, Louisville, Colorado, representing Herman Mitchell,
<br />a CTC property owner, stated that they hoped Council would approve Knollwood Estates.

<br />James Craddock, 2236 Dogwood Circle, Louisville, Colorado, was in favor of Knollwood Estates,
<br />feeling it would be good for Louisville, both financially and added open space.
<br />
<br />Bill Hayes, 839 McKinley, Louisville, Colorado, did not consider a lot size of 13,000 s.f. being overly
<br />large and felt this development would only add to the school problems. He wanted to see something
<br />given to the industrial property owners. He was neither for nor against the development.
<br />
<br />Betty Solek, 725 Lincoln Avenue, Louisville, Colorado, stated that Knollwood was not in agreement
<br />with the Comp Plan and had been voted down unanimously by the Planning Commission. She asked
<br />Council to vote against Knollwood Estates.
