First Reading. <br /> <br /> PLANNING DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />The applicant has submitted a General Development Plan initiating a 'rezoning request. The <br />General Development Plan defines a "planning area", (under L.M.C. section 17.72.070), of <br />approximately 170 acres. The General Development Plan, if authorized, will rezone <br />approximately 119 acres from Commercial Business (CB) and Industrial (I) to Planned Community <br />Zoned District - Residential (PCZD-R), and approximately 30 acres to PCZD-Open Space. <br />Twenty acres, currently part of the Colorado Technological Center, and proposed to remain in <br />industrial use, will be rezoned to PCZD - Industrial. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 18, 1994 and, by a vote of 5-0, voted <br />to approve a motion disapproving: <br /> <br />A request to rezone approximately 170 acres from Industrial (1) and Commercial <br />Business (CB) to Planned Community Zoned District (PCZD); <br /> <br />A General Development Plan designating 119 acres - Planned Residential (P-R), <br />30 acres - Planned Open Space (P-OS), and 20 acres - Planned Industrial (P-I). <br /> <br />(Continued on next page) <br /> <br />SUBJECT <br /> Ordinance No. 1162, Series 1994 <br /> Community Development Group of Louisville <br /> Knollwood Estates - Rezoning <br /> First Reading <br /> <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM <br /> <br />6H <br /> <br /> <br />
