Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1171, Series 1994, "An ordinance amending Section <br />6.02.010 of the Louisville Municipal Code concerning the definition of"Running At Large." <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council approve Ordinance 1171, Series 1994, on first reading and consider the <br />amendments on second and final reading and set out for publication on November 15, 1994. <br />Seconded by Howard. All in favor. <br /> <br />OTltER REG~ BUSINESS ITEMS ARISING AFTER PREPARATION OF AGENDA <br />Davidson called for other regular business items arising after preparation of the Agenda. <br /> <br />Sisk asked Davidson if while they are discussing the ballfield complex with the City of Lafayette, <br />would they also discuss the resolution of the dispute on Marshall Lake transfers. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council adjourn (1:15 a.m.).
