CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br />AUTHORIZATION TO OBTAIN BIDS FOR PHOTOGRAMMETRICMAPPINGAND <br /> DIGITIZED BASEMAP SERVICES FOR THE CITY'S GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION <br /> SYSTEM <br /> AWARD BID - COMPUTER HARDWARE FOR GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM <br /> AUTHORIZATION TO OBTAIN BIDS FOR 1992 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT AND <br /> REPLACEMENT PROJECTS <br />AUTHORIZATION TO OBTAIN BID FOR TEMPORARY BALL FIELD IMPROVEMENTS <br /> BIDS <br />APPROVE CENTAURUS AFTER PROM FUNDING <br />AWARD BID - TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Davidson called for comments from the audience on any items not on <br />the Agenda. <br /> <br />Lowell Campbell, 586 Cleveland Ave., Louisville, CO. <br /> <br />Campbell was interested in the status and clarification of Mr. <br />Steve Pendergrast, not being a resident of the City of Louisville, <br />having moved out of the City last July, and his being a member of <br />the Board of Zoning Adjustments. <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator, explained that the City <br />Attorney,s Opinion, issued earlier this year, stated that on the <br />Board of Appeals & Zoning there is no requirement for a member to <br />live inside the City limits. <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, stated the inquiry at that time was <br />whether a temporary absence of a member of the board from the City <br />of Louisville would disqualify a member of the board from serving <br />on it. Her review of the City Ordinances and State Legislation <br />indicated that a temporary absence would not disqualify the member. <br /> <br />Campbell: What constitutes a temporary <br /> absence? <br /> <br />Griffiths: <br /> <br />My understanding of the situation <br />was that there was a move out of <br />town, temporarily, while a home was <br />being built. There was an intention <br />of the individual to return to <br />reside within the City of <br />Louisville. <br /> <br />Campbell: <br />Davidson: <br /> <br />May I receive a copy of that Opinion? <br />Sure. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
