Cudlip:

Franklin:

Lathrop:

Hattman:

Mayer:

Davidson:

Hornbostel:

Cudlip:

concerning the monument sign.

I cannot remember if they had it on
all three sides. The total square
footage of the building is less than
Hardee's had been approved for.

As I recall, there was signage
proposed on the south, east, and
west sides.

I know there was a lot of discussion
about the Kmart sign on South
Boulder Road. Does Kmart intend to
put a monument sign on South Boulder
Road?

Yes. There will be a 14 ft. high
sign going up that will have Kmart
with the Kmart logo on it, the King
Soopers logo, with four tenants
listed below that. The 14 ft.
height includes the base of the
sign. It's not a 14 ft. by 10 ft.
sign. There is a six foot base with
the signage above that. It's about
8 ft. of signage, which is allowed
under the existing sign code.

What was Planning
reasoning?

Commission's

According to the Planning Commission
minutes, they took action at 2:30
a.m., so there wasn't a lot of
discussion.

What happens if Burger King, Kmart,
King Soopers, and Blockbuster Video
are all wanting monument signs?

Through our final development plan
for overall sight, we've been
approved for three I.D. signs and a
monument sign. As I anticipate it,
we will probably only have 2 signs
(pointing each out on the plan).
Blockbuster will not have a monument
sign, nor will there be any monument
signs down here (pointing out on the
plan).
